Jocelyn brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in project management which is evident when she facilitated the course and problem solve issues presented. The tools that she freely shared were practical, easy to use, adaptable, and transferable to other areas/settings.

Her experience in the private sector provided an opportunity to identify similarities and differences between the government and non-government sectors. Jocelyn’s approachability, ability to facilitate discussions were an asset and beneficial to my learning.

You were very patient with me and really cared that I understood the materials and showing that you wanted me to succeed in completing the diploma as I have never experienced such belief before.; I believe your teaching methods also improved my problem-solving skills a great deal as your feedback was very useful and required me to think about a question from a different perspective.

Originally taking part in the Essentials of Project Management course was simply to further knowledge on the basics of how to manage a ‘project’, however I came away with much more. The interactive format of the course enabled participants to engage & stay focused with the course material. Guidance given by Jocelyn both during the sessions and afterwards upon assignment submission was both positive and constructive. Completion of this course has enabled not only the knowledge and ability to manage a project, but also both personal and professional growth with leadership and communication.

After a long career as an Executive Assistant, I undertook a Diploma of Project Management course to broaden my skills and provide me with new career opportunities. I found the course comprehensive, providing me with the core knowledge and methodology to be able to immediately manage a project at work. A big thanks to the instructor, Jocelyn, whose delivery methods were engaging and easy to understand.

Jocelyn Morrison Butler has been my course trainer for the Diploma of Project Management over the past three months. During this time, she was responsible for organising classes, delivering lectures , answering any queries and grading assignments.
